Great staff! I was with my mom. They upgraded our room. Also, guided us about the areas around and the bus stops near by. A lot of places to explore near by.

I spent only one night. I was in transit, for a business trip, I arrive d late and left early I the morning. I liked the position and it was easy to access, close to Mont Blanc tunnel.
Staff were very kind and supportive.
I have got clear instructions on how to access to the property, late in the evening.
Room was full refurbished except for moquette on the floor. I would suggest to replace it, the room will gain a lot.
There is a small private parking close to the property, with extra fee and quite expensive. I paid much less in a parking silos at 3mn walk from the property.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location near everything in town. The rooms are generously sized, very comfortable. Helpful, friendly staff.
The only tough part is finding it by car, down a very narrow alley; at the point where Google Maps says "you've arrived," the hotel is barely visible - - you have to proceed farther down the alley to the front of the hotel. Simple and easy to find on foot.
